- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a condition where the heart muscle is thick and blocks blood flow.
- You are currently experiencing symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pain that limit your activity (class 2 or 3 out of 4).
- You have a specific measurement (left ventricular outflow tract gradient) of 50 mmHg or more at rest or during a maneuver called Valsalva.
- You have already started treatment with the drug mavacamten.
