Bronchoscopy ablation vs. radiation for early lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a small (3 cm or smaller) lung cancer that has not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body.
  • You either cannot have surgery (for medical reasons) or you have decided against surgery after talking with your doctors.
  • You are willing to be randomly assigned to either the bronchoscope-guided microwave ablation or the radiation treatment.
  • You do not have another active cancer that would interfere with the study.
