Who can take part
- Weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds) and have a body mass index (BMI) under 32.5
- Have a kidney biopsy confirming one of these conditions: IgA nephropathy (IgAN), primary membranous nephropathy (PMN), C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), or immune complex membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN)
- Have significant protein in your urine (a sign of kidney damage)
- Have reasonable kidney function (eGFR of 30 or higher)
- Be willing to get meningococcal and pneumococcal vaccines before starting the study drug
- Use effective birth control (or avoid pregnancy) during the study and for 12 months after
