Who can take part
- You must weigh at least 40 kg and have a BMI under 32.5.
- You need a kidney biopsy confirming one of the specific kidney diseases (IgAN, PMN, C3G, or IC-MPGN) within the last few years, or you must have a biopsy done during screening.
- Your urine protein levels must be high enough: for IgAN, C3G, or IC-MPGN, your urine protein-to-creatinine ratio should be 0.75 or higher; for PMN, you need at least 3.5 grams of protein in your urine per day.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) must be 30 or higher based on a standard blood test.
- You should be on a stable dose of a blood pressure medication (ACE inhibitor or ARB) for at least 4 weeks before starting the study, and have been on it for at least 12 weeks.
- You must get meningococcal and pneumococcal vaccines at least 2 weeks before the first dose, and agree to use contraception (no pregnancy or sperm donation) for up to 12 months after the last dose.
