Maintenance Treatment of Diffuse Midline Gliomas in Children

  • You are between 3 and 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with diffuse midline glioma (a type of brain tumor).
  • Your tumor could not be completely removed with surgery.
  • You have not had any previous treatment for this tumor.
  • You are in reasonable health, with normal blood counts and organ function.
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you are of childbearing age.
