Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with NMOSD and are positive for AQP4 antibodies.
  • You are currently having a relapse that started within the last 14 days.
  • The relapse affects your optic nerve (causing eye pain or vision loss) or your spinal cord (causing weakness, numbness, or bladder problems).
  • Your symptoms worsened by at least one point on a standard disability scale.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are able to give written informed consent.
