Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with IgA nephropathy or primary membranous nephropathy (confirmed by kidney biopsy).
- For IgA nephropathy: standard treatments haven't worked, or your kidney function dropped quickly, or you can't tolerate standard treatments.
- For membranous nephropathy: you have had persistent protein in your urine despite treatment, or the disease came back after remission.
- Your kidney function is at least moderate (eGFR ≥ 30).
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and agree to use birth control during the study and for 2 years after treatment.
