Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have had tendon pain for more than 3 months, confirmed by an ultrasound.
- You have tried conservative treatments (like physical therapy, anti-inflammatory drugs, or injections) for at least 6 weeks without success.
- You have not had surgery or injections at the tendon site in the last 6 months.
- You do not have a full-thickness tendon tear, moderate-to-severe arthritis nearby, or an active infection or bleeding disorder.
