Who can take part
- You are 65 years old or older
- You feel lonely or have been diagnosed with loneliness
- You have had trouble sleeping in the past 2 weeks
- Your sleep problems are significant enough to be considered insomnia (scored on a sleep questionnaire during screening)
- You can speak and understand Indonesian
- You are not currently taking new sleeping pills or stimulants, and you don't have severe memory or thinking problems that would prevent you from understanding your sleep
