Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have heart failure with a reduced pumping ability (ejection fraction of 40% or less).
  • You have symptoms of heart failure (NYHA class II or III).
  • You have been hospitalized for heart failure in the last 6 months or have a high level of a heart stress marker (NT-pro BNP).
  • You are not eligible for a heart transplant or a mechanical heart pump.
