Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.5 and 24.9, or greater than 28.
  • Your weight must have been stable (no more than 5% change) in the last 6 months.
  • You must not be involved in structured exercise training.
  • You must not have any diagnosed metabolic or neuromuscular conditions.
