  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are scheduled for a first-time, elective heart bypass surgery without a heart-lung machine.
  • You are willing to complete the required health assessments and follow-up visits.
  • You are not allergic to the anesthetic drugs used in the study.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have severe kidney problems or require dialysis.
  • You do not have severe cognitive, language, hearing, or vision problems that would prevent you from completing the study assessments.
  • You are not currently participating in another interventional clinical trial.
