Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You need to have had nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis for at least 12 months.
  • You must have a recent SNOT-22 questionnaire score of 30 or higher (this measures how much your symptoms affect you).
  • You must have been treated for your condition for at least 30 days, as per the Japanese guidelines.
  • Your doctor has to think you are a good candidate for tezepelumab, based on the approved label and guidelines.
  • You cannot have had any biologic therapy for asthma or nasal polyps before.
  • You must be willing to complete questionnaires and sign the consent form.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
