Comparing a new targeted therapy for HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests whether switching to a new targeted therapy (A1811) after an initial treatment (THP) works better than continuing the same initial treatment in women with HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery. It aims to see if the new approach improves outcomes and is well tolerated.

This study tests a new type of targeted therapy called an antibody-drug conjugate for HER2-positive breast cancer. It is given before surgery to shrink the tumor and may improve chance of cure.
This trial tests a new drug, SHR-A1811, given alone or followed by a standard treatment, before surgery for early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if it can shrink tumors and improve outcomes.
This trial tests a new combination of two targeted drugs given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. It may help make surgery more successful and reduce the chance of the cancer coming back.
This trial studies how well a HER2-focused treatment plan works before surgery (“neoadjuvant” therapy) for operable HER2-positive breast cancer. It also uses tumor tissue tests to find markers that may predict who benefits most.
This trial tests a new drug called SHR-A1811 for women with HER2-positive breast cancer that did not shrink enough after the first four rounds of chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if this drug can improve outcomes for patients who need a different treatment approach.
This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs (SHR-A1811 and pertuzumab) given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. It aims to see if this approach improves outcomes for patients with early-stage but high-risk disease.
