This study uses a blood filtering procedure (apheresis) to collect prostate cancer cells from your blood for detailed analysis. It may help researchers understand why some prostate cancers spread, which could lead to better treatments. There are three groups: men with metastatic prostate cancer, men with PSA relapse after prostatectomy, and healthy volunteers.
