Who can take part

  • You have autonomic failure (your body has trouble automatically controlling functions like blood pressure).
  • You have high blood pressure specifically when you are lying down (supine hypertension).
  • You are not currently pregnant.
  • You do not have major, high-risk heart or serious prior heart/brain events (for example heart failure, chest-pain heart disease, stroke, or heart attack).
  • You do not have significant liver problems.
  • You do not have a history of serious allergies or asthma.
