Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 80 (male or female).
  • You have a condition called primary autonomic failure, such as Parkinson disease, multiple system atrophy, or pure autonomic failure.
  • Your blood pressure while lying down is high (top number 150 or higher).
  • You can and are willing to sign informed consent.
  • You are not pregnant.
