Who can take part
- You have Alzheimer’s diagnosed as mild to moderate (Clinical Dementia Rating, CDR 0.5 to 2).
- You are age 60 or older.
- You have confirmed inner-ear balance problems on a vestibular test in both ears.
- You can do the study tasks: balance and walking tests, thinking tests, and follow an 8-week exercise plan.
- You (or your study team) have a caregiver who spends at least 10 hours per week with you and can join study steps like text messaging.
- You are not using daily “balance-slowing” medicines like anti-histamines or benzodiazepines (unless your team says it’s okay).
