Who can take part
- You have had a stroke or a TIA (brief stroke-like episode).
- Your stroke recovery is fairly good: Modified Rankin Scale 2 or less.
- A brain MRI test should show a specific type of recent change (DWI lesion) and/or your risk score suggests it was likely a TIA (ABCD2 above 4).
- You can follow the study instructions and understand/sign the consent form.
- Your fatigue level is at least mild-to-moderate (Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory score 12 or higher).
- For MRI safety: you must meet the study’s general MRI rules (no conditions that make MRI unsafe for you).
