  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are having treatment for an unruptured brain aneurysm at Jackson Memorial Hospital (clipping or endovascular treatment/coiling)
  • You can understand the study and sign informed consent
  • Your aneurysm is not a dissecting, traumatic, or infection-related (mycotic) type
  • You are not allergic to sirolimus and do not have major uncontrolled health problems that would interfere with the study
