This trial tests if sirolimus, a medicine that may help reduce abnormal blood vessels, can prevent another brain bleed in people who recently had a bleed from a brainstem cavernoma. You would receive either sirolimus or a placebo to see if it works.

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 65 years old.
- You had your first-ever brain bleed from a brainstem cavernoma within the last 6 months.
- You have exactly one brainstem cavernoma (not multiple).
- You do not have cancer, a serious infection, or uncontrolled diabetes.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or allergic to sirolimus or starch.
