  • Your general strength/performance score is 70% or higher
  • Your illness is a blood cancer or related condition that your transplant team considers eligible for transplant
  • You have no serious problems with your heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys
  • You are not living with HIV and can safely give informed consent
  • You have never had a severe allergy to GM-CSF (a protein medicine) or yeast-based products
