Who can take part

  • You have CML (any stage) or Ph+ ALL, and your cancer has not responded well or you couldn’t tolerate at least one TKI, in some groups after multiple TKIs
  • If you have T315I mutation, you may have been treated with fewer TKIs than other patients (the “how many prior pills” rule may be different)
  • You must be willing and able to sign consent and follow study procedures
  • Your general health checks must be okay (adequate blood/organ function, heart pumping strength, and blood chemistry targets)
  • Your heart rhythm test (ECG) must show a “normal” corrected QT interval for your sex
  • You can’t recently take certain medicines (especially recent TKI or chemo timing, or drugs known to interact with HQP1351)
