Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation, such as stage III/IV or returning cancer.
- Your tumor tests show an EGFR mutation, confirmed from your most recent tissue sample or blood (circulating tumor DNA) test.
- You previously responded to osimertinib for at least 4 months, then your cancer grew again while on osimertinib (with at least a 10-day break from osimertinib before starting this study).
- Your overall health is good (ECOG performance status 0 to 1).
- You can provide tumor tissue during screening (either a new biopsy or your prior biopsy) for specific lab testing.
