Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have breast cancer confirmed as HER2-positive (stage I to IV)
- Have started a new anti-HER2 treatment or have already had anti-HER2 treatment (two study groups)
- Be willing to sign written consent and provide blood samples for study testing
- Not have a weakened immune system from illnesses like HIV
