  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have breast cancer confirmed as HER2-positive (stage I to IV)
  • Have started a new anti-HER2 treatment or have already had anti-HER2 treatment (two study groups)
  • Be willing to sign written consent and provide blood samples for study testing
  • Not have a weakened immune system from illnesses like HIV
