Bike interval training for teens with repaired heart defects

  • You are age 10 to 18
  • You had a heart defect that has been repaired (not still needing repair)
  • Your home has enough space for the bike exercise setup
  • You can speak and understand English well enough for program sessions
  • A heart doctor has not told you to avoid exercise
  • You do not have recent dangerous rhythm issues or low oxygen levels
