  • You are between 4 and 70 years old.
  • You have acute graft-versus-host disease that is not responding to steroid treatment.
  • Your overall health is good enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 to 2).
  • You have not received stem cell treatments before for this condition.
  • You do not have severe liver, kidney, heart, or lung problems.
