Who can take part
- You have confirmed nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma from pathology (biopsy/surgery report).
- Your cancer stage is I through IVA (using the 8th cancer staging system).
- You are between 18 and 80 years old, and your general health score (KPS) is at least 70.
- Before starting treatment, your PET/CT scan shows measurable cancer areas using the tracer 18F-FDG.
- Your blood counts are adequate (hemoglobin, white blood cells/ANC, and platelets meet thresholds).
- Your liver, kidney, and overall function are good enough for treatment (blood tests within limits, and kidney function acceptable).
