  • You agree to participate and sign the informed consent form
  • You can understand the study and follow its procedures
  • You have French social security (or an equivalent coverage)
  • You fit one of these: you have ALS, you have a close family member with ALS with approved genetic testing, you have a listed movement/nerve condition, or you are an accompanying person whose doctor follows at the specified hospital
  • You must not be under legal protection that limits your consent
  • You are not refusing, and a doctor feels your health allows blood draws and study participation; you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
