Who can take part

  • Your baby was diagnosed with moderate to severe hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (a specific newborn brain injury)
  • Your baby received cooling therapy (therapeutic hypothermia)
  • Your baby’s first-week brain MRI showed certain injury patterns
  • Your baby was born at 34 weeks or later
  • At 12 weeks old, the baby had abnormal fidgety movements (a movement sign linked with CP risk)
