  • You’re between 45 and under 75 years old
  • You have primary (not secondary) high blood pressure—either on meds recently or high readings at two doctor visits
  • Your genetic test shows MTHFR 677 is CC or CT
  • Your blood tests show high homocysteine (at least 10) and low folate (below 12)
  • You’re able and willing to sign consent and follow the study plan
  • You have not had a stroke or major heart/blocked-artery event during the study’s early “run-in” period
