Who can take part
- You agree to join the study and sign informed consent
- You’re 18 or older
- You have a confirmed HHT diagnosis (genetic mutation or meeting HHT criteria)
- Your nosebleeds are moderate to severe, based on a severity score
- Brain imaging shows no certain blood-vessel problem (no cerebral arteriovenous malformation)
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding (for people who could become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control as instructed)
