Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older with a confirmed diagnosis of HHT (either clinical diagnosis or genetic test)
- Your liver and kidneys must be working adequately
- You cannot have a recent or active infection
- You cannot have had blood clots or similar clotting events recently
- You must not have taken anti-angiogenic drugs (medicines that block new blood vessel formation) in the past 6 weeks
- You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
