This study tests a new drug called DIAG723 in adults with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT), a genetic condition that causes abnormal blood vessels and bleeding. Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older with a confirmed diagnosis of HHT (either clinical diagnosis or genetic test)
  • Your liver and kidneys must be working adequately
  • You cannot have a recent or active infection
  • You cannot have had blood clots or similar clotting events recently
  • You must not have taken anti-angiogenic drugs (medicines that block new blood vessel formation) in the past 6 weeks
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
