Who can take part

  • You have COPD or IPF (two types of long-term lung disease)
  • You have not been hospitalized for a breathing (respiratory) flare-up in the last month
  • You have not already been diagnosed with low muscle strength (sarcopenia)
  • You have not already been diagnosed with thinking problems (cognitive dysfunction)
  • You are not using long-term home oxygen or non-invasive breathing support (NIV)
