Who can take part
- You are scheduled for an awake (you stay conscious) brain surgery called a craniotomy
- You are at least 18 years old
- You can give written informed consent (sign the study consent form)
- Your thinking/memory test score is not too low (MoCA is 18 or higher)
- You have not used certain mood/mental health medicines in the past year
- Your body measurements and health issues fall within limits (BMI between 18 and 30, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and no severe heart, liver, or kidney problems)
