Who can take part

  • You had an ischemic stroke or TIA confirmed by CT or MRI
  • Your stroke or TIA symptoms started less than 90 days ago
  • Your average home/clinic blood pressure is under 140/90 without blood pressure medicines
  • You are able and willing to do a 24-hour blood pressure monitor at the start
  • You can provide informed consent
