- You had an ischemic stroke or TIA confirmed by CT or MRI
- Your stroke or TIA symptoms started less than 90 days ago
- Your average home/clinic blood pressure is under 140/90 without blood pressure medicines
- You are able and willing to do a 24-hour blood pressure monitor at the start
- You can provide informed consent
