Who can take part

  • You are under 60 years old
  • You (or your legal representative) can give consent to join the study
  • Your alertness is not severely reduced (GCS is 8 out of 15 or higher)
  • You do not have serious breathing-limiting injuries like severe head/chest/facial trauma with low oxygen or a collapsed lung
  • You do not have severe pneumonia or a serious heart rhythm problem
  • You are not using certain related medications and do not have known drug allergies to the study medicines
