Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer is an advanced solid tumor with a BRAF V600 mutation (melanoma, colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, or thyroid cancer).
  • Your cancer has either gotten worse after standard treatment, or standard treatment isn’t available or you can’t have it.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot for monitoring; if brain metastases are present, they cannot be the only measurable ones.
  • Your body function checks are adequate (liver, kidneys, blood clotting, heart, and blood counts), and your overall ability to do daily activities is ECOG 0–1.
  • You can safely take the study drugs (no serious active infections; not allergic to XP-102 or trametinib; and your pregnancy test and birth-control plans are in place if applicable).
