Exercise and sleep timing for overweight type 1 diabetes

Who can take part

  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 30
  • You are either living with type 1 diabetes or you are a healthy volunteer
  • You do not use nicotine (such as smoking or nicotine products)
  • You do not have cardiovascular disease, and your blood pressure is not above 160/95
  • You are not pregnant, and you take no medicines other than insulin (plus a few allowed exceptions)
