Who can take part

  • You are between 3 months and 21 years old
  • Your optic pathway glioma diagnosis was confirmed by tissue test or by MRI plus typical symptoms
  • Your tumor can be measured on scans, or there is enough leftover tumor after surgery (not fully removed)
  • Your overall function is good enough: KPS score ≥50 (if over 12) or Lansky score ≥50 (if 12 or younger)
  • You have symptoms related to the tumor, such as vision changes or eye swelling or signs of increased pressure in the head
  • Your main organs (heart, liver, kidneys, etc.) are working well enough for treatment
