Who can take part
- You have confirmed cancer that has spread or returned and can’t be cured with surgery or radiation alone
- Your tumor must test positive for NY-ESO-1 (and the sample must show it in more than 10% of tumor cells)
- You must have had standard cancer treatment before (or your cancer returned within 6 months of certain helpful medicines)
- You must be able to take the study’s chemotherapy-free “preparative” period, with enough time since your last treatment and manageable side effects
- Your brain metastases must meet limits: up to 3 small, asymptomatic spots (or previously treated/stable), not widespread brain disease
- Blood, liver, kidney, and clotting tests must be strong enough (meeting specific minimum values)
