Who can take part
- Age 1 to 25 years with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that is relapsed or not responding to treatment
- You must have a second Kymriah (tisagenlecleucel) treatment available for re-infusion
- You previously received Kymriah, and you now have low B-cells in the blood (less than 10 per mm³ and/or under 3% of lymphocytes), and either remain in remission with no detectable leukemia, or have leukemia showing in bone marrow and/or blood
- Expected survival of more than 12 weeks, and good energy/fitness score (Karnofsky or Lansky above 70)
- No major organ problems, and you (or your guardian) can provide informed consent
