This trial tests a new CAR T-cell therapy that targets CD22, after you've already received or been scheduled for a standard CD19-targeting CAR T-cell therapy (Kymriah). The goal is to see if giving a second type of CAR T cells can help when the first one doesn't work or the cancer returns.

Who can take part

  • You have B-cell ALL (a type of blood cancer) that has come back or didn't respond to treatment.
  • You must be between 1 and 25 years old at the time you join the study.
  • Your cancer cells must have proteins called CD19 and CD22 on them (your doctor can check this).
  • You should be healthy enough for treatment: your organs (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs) must work well, and your blood cell counts need to be at certain levels.
  • If you've had a stem cell transplant from a donor, it must be at least 100 days ago, and you must be free of graft-versus-host disease and off immune-suppressing drugs for at least 30 days.
  • If you're of childbearing age, you must agree to use birth control during treatment and for 4 months after.
