Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have a clinical diagnosis of heart failure
  • During the study, you will not plan to change heart failure medications or devices (no titration/changes)
  • In the past 3 months, you have not had any hospitalizations that were not planned
  • Your care team says your fluid level is at your “best” point (dry weight) based on symptoms, exam, and dry weight measurements
  • Your kidney function is not severely reduced (you do not have a GFR under 20 or need dialysis/other kidney replacement therapy)
