Who can take part

  • Your child is younger than 1 year when leukemia is first diagnosed
  • The leukemia is B-cell ALL or a B-cell type mixed phenotype ALL
  • Testing shows a KMT2A gene rearrangement (not the KMT2A “wild type”)
  • The study team has received consent from a parent or legal guardian
  • Your child does NOT have T-cell leukemia (T-ALL) or a relapsed (came back) leukemia
  • Your child has not had certain recent treatments like high-dose steroids or chemotherapy before starting
