Who can take part
- Your child is younger than 1 year when leukemia is first diagnosed
- The leukemia is B-cell ALL or a B-cell type mixed phenotype ALL
- Testing shows a KMT2A gene rearrangement (not the KMT2A “wild type”)
- The study team has received consent from a parent or legal guardian
- Your child does NOT have T-cell leukemia (T-ALL) or a relapsed (came back) leukemia
- Your child has not had certain recent treatments like high-dose steroids or chemotherapy before starting
