Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a type of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) with a change in the KMT2A gene, confirmed by a lab test.
- Your leukemia has either come back after treatment (relapsed), has not responded to treatment (refractory), has a small number of remaining cells after treatment (measurable residual disease), or you are newly diagnosed and over 60 years old or not healthy enough for strong chemotherapy.
- You need to have adequate organ function, as shown by blood tests and a heart ultrasound (ejection fraction over 50%).
- You must weigh at least 40 kilograms (about 88 pounds).
- If you had a stem cell transplant or immunotherapy before, you need to wait at least 60 days.
