Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a type of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) with a change in the KMT2A gene, confirmed by a lab test.
  • Your leukemia has either come back after treatment (relapsed), has not responded to treatment (refractory), has a small number of remaining cells after treatment (measurable residual disease), or you are newly diagnosed and over 60 years old or not healthy enough for strong chemotherapy.
  • You need to have adequate organ function, as shown by blood tests and a heart ultrasound (ejection fraction over 50%).
  • You must weigh at least 40 kilograms (about 88 pounds).
  • If you had a stem cell transplant or immunotherapy before, you need to wait at least 60 days.
