Who can take part

  • You are over 18 years old
  • You’ve been seen by a cardiologist at an Inova clinic or hospital
  • Your heart pumping test shows left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is 40% or less
  • You have not chosen to opt out of research that uses electronic health records (EHR)
  • You are not on hospice care
  • You are not already on the maximum doses of all four standard heart-failure medication groups
