- You are 18 to 70 years old
- Your AML has FLT3-positive results
- You are expected to live more than 3 months
- Your general condition is fairly preserved (ECOG 0 to 2)
- Your AML has relapsed or is resistant after standard treatment
- Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting tests are within trial limits
