  • You are 18 to 70 years old
  • Your AML has FLT3-positive results
  • You are expected to live more than 3 months
  • Your general condition is fairly preserved (ECOG 0 to 2)
  • Your AML has relapsed or is resistant after standard treatment
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting tests are within trial limits
