Reduced-dose radiotherapy for stage III nasopharyngeal cancer based on response

This trial tests whether a lower dose of radiation can safely treat stage III nasopharyngeal cancer if you have already responded well to initial chemotherapy plus immunotherapy (Camrelizumab). The goal is to reduce side effects while still controlling the cancer.
