Who can take part
- Your child has low muscle tone causing an upper airway blockage (or a new sleep apnea diagnosis related to this)
- Sleep study results show sleep apnea with either AHI over 10, or AHI over 5 plus low oxygen during sleep
- Your child has at least one sleep apnea symptom, like frequent snoring, daytime sleepiness, or behavior changes
- Your child is either already had tonsils/adenoids removed or cannot have tonsil surgery, and tonsils are small (size 2+ or smaller)
- You and your child can attend follow-up visits (including about 8 weeks) and complete study sleep/breathing assessments
