Who can take part

  • Your child has weak muscle tone causing upper airway blockage and took part in an earlier study of this nose tube.
  • Your child still wants to use the device long-term.
  • Your child has been diagnosed with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (based on sleep study results).
  • Your child has at least one symptom of sleep apnea, like loud snoring, daytime sleepiness, or trouble paying attention.
  • Your child had their tonsils removed before (unless it wasn't possible) and any remaining tonsils are small.
